Hotel itself is very clean. It is a family friendly place, so don't book it if You don't like children running around two pools plus kids water play area. Plenty of space for everyone, it is packed but You Gozque't really tell Ganador there is a lot of space for everyone. Great animation team, really going the extra mile to keep kids and adults entertained. Shows every night. Staff is super friendly and helpful, in every department.
It was our first time here but may not be our last. This is a great family hotel, the rooms are spacious and clean. Two descently sized pools and plenty of sunbeds to go round. We heard one or two complaints about the food, although we didn't have any issues. Plenty of fresh options. Bars are kept well stocked. If on the all inclusive then the majority of cocktails aren't included, but are offered at a reduced price of €3. Otherwise plenty of other options. Stand demodé attraction at this hotel has to be the animation team. Luigi and his small team do a fantastic job. Our little one had an absolute blast thanks to the nightly kids disco and other events. Hotel is also perfectly located a few minutes walk from the beach and a number of bars. Have no issue in recommending this hotel as a great family hotel. Close
